HURT 100 - Race for Davis

Crystal works with a guy named Brendan Gilpatrick.  In January, he is running in a race called the HURT 100.  It is a 100 mile endurance run in Oahu, Hawaii.  In an effort to help our family, he has setup a donation page.  Please check out Brendan's page.  http://www.racefordavis.weebly.com/

Chad~
I have to say that this is truly amazing to me. Ron has a cousin that runs a 100 race every year and has done so for the past 5 years. It is a crazy race that tests all of your limits physically and mentally. She is "broken" for at least a week after it is over.

I have to say that you have brought many of us on this very interesting and inspiring journey. Personally, I have met some great people that are connected to you and have pushed myself to do things that I never thought I would possibly do physically at my age. Can I say that there is 6 degrees of Groveville, ME? Is there anyone that you don't know? It has puzzled me how we all know each other somehow. I guess I shouldn't be surprised given who you are as a person.

So long story short, thank you for sharing your personal story through this blog. I appreciate your humor and your ability to bring down the medical jargon into layman's terms for all of us.

Just remember we are all here for you. You just say the word and we will do whatever you need. Please don't be shy or let your pride get in the way.

P.S. Ron wants to you to know that he needs you to open up the pool in May:)
